Changing rubbish bags has never been so much fun or so clean. I love that I don’t have to put my hands inside a rubbish bin ever again. These bin refills last me about 3 weeks each and they always seal and replace themselves perfectly. Love everything about the Royal Bin system.

As I have said before, l love your bins and how they operate.
What l don't like is your customer service.
It took you forever to deliver the bins to us. You couldn't even get them all to us at the same time. They were delivered weeks apart.
Then we ordered refills. I ordered extras so that I would have plenty on had when needed. Within a week you said they were on their way to me. Even giving me an expected delivery date.
But then that date came and went and no refills. When I contacted you about it, you were very sorry but that you had run out. Even though you haf lied to me about them being shipped.
Really, no amount of discounts are going to make us want to use your products or even tell others that you are a reputable company.

No amount of discounts can help solve the issues you faced and we are truly sad to hear we couldn't deliver on time, it is not a good look for us. We're truly sorry.

We don't want to make excuses, but we would like to share an update on the issue, and why your order might have had delivery issues:
We recently had a surge in orders for the Ultra 30L due to the new drops and every time we sold out within 24 hours. Due to that demand a lot of our new customers bought extra refills that ended up selling out the excess we had previously stocked in our warehouse. With that being said, we are learning and restocking heavily and will make sure to always have them in stock moving forward. We are committed to improving our service standards and accuracy, and we take that very seriously.

The bag cartridge is very easy to change despite not having any instructions. The cartridges work out to good value per bag when compared to supermarket bags. My elderly mother loves her new bin and finds it easy to use.
